These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the VOLUMA website and any purchase you make from us. "VOLUMA", "we", "us" and "our" refer to VOLUMA. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree that all information you give us (name, contact details, address, payment details) is accurate and complete.

2. PRODUCTS
We try to show our products as accurately as possible, but colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product details, availability and pricing may change without notice. We may limit order quantities or stop selling any product at any time.

3. PRODUCT USE
Our products are cosmetics for external use only. Please read the ingredient list and directions before use, and do a patch test 24 hours before first use. Avoid direct contact with the eyes. If irritation occurs, stop using the product and consult a doctor. Results vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee any specific result.

4. ORDERS AND CANCELLATION
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if a product is out of stock or there is a pricing error). If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by emailing voluma.cs@gmail.com with your order number. We do not charge any cancellation fee. Returns and refunds are handled as set out in our Refund Policy.
Products are sold for personal use only and not for resale.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes, including GST. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept online payments through our payment partners and, where available, Cash on Delivery (COD). You agree that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery timelines shown on our website are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events outside our control, but we will help you track and resolve any delivery issue. Ownership and risk of the products pass to you on delivery.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including the VOLUMA name, logo, text, images and videos, belongs to VOLUMA or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
If you post a review or send us feedback, you allow us to use, display and share it (including on our website and social media) without payment. Your reviews must be honest, lawful and must not infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content that is false, offensive or unlawful.

9. PROHIBITED USE
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to provide false information, to impersonate anyone, to interfere with the website's security or operation, or to copy or scrape its content. We may suspend or block access for anyone who breaks these Terms.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store runs on Shopify, and we use third-party services for payments, delivery and analytics. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our website.

11. PRIVACY
We collect and use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian laws.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, VOLUMA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, and changes apply from the date they are posted.

14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your right as a consumer to approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, the courts at [City] will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
